How much is shipping? Shipping is $5.99 for Canadian orders (select Canada at checkout). For US orders, your exact rate will be calculated at checkout and includes any applicable customs and import fees.

How long before I receive my order? Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please note that all US-bound orders are subject to customs processing at the border, which can take 2 weeks or more. This is outside of our control and we appreciate your patience.

How will my Rum Cakes be delivered? Our Rum Cakes are shipped via USPS or Canada Post.

What Countries do we ship to? We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

What about Express Shipping If you choose Express Shipping at checkout, you should receive your order in 3-4 business days (Canadian Orders Only).

How long are the Rum Cakes good for? Rum cakes should be stored at room temperature. They will remain safe to eat for up to 3 months if left unopened. Once opened, it is best to consume within 7 days or cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze to preserve freshness.

Can I track the status of my order? You will be notified via email once your order has shipped, along with the tracking number.

Do you accept returns? For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on our products, as they are perishable food items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange or resolution.
